ORANGE EVOO Kohlrabi Salad
Green Kohlrabi, Apples, Gold Balsamic, Orange infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and fresh ground Pepper.
Cut unpeeled Kohlrabi in half and then into very thin slices. Cut peeled Apples the same way. Add Balsamic, Salt, Pepper, and let it marinade. Before serving, add EVOO and mix well.
Note: Romain salad could be added at the time of serving.
Kohlrabi is a vegetable, and color could be green or purple.
