Gold Balsamic Radicchio and Persimmon Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Radicchio, Endive, Japanese Persimmon, Walnuts, Salt, Pepper, Gold Balsamic, and Orange or Tangerine infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Cut Radicchio and Endive julienne. Cut Persimmons into thin wedges. Add Walnuts, EVOO, Gold Balsamic, and fresh ground Pepper.
Note: If you do not have Orange EVOO use a plain EVOO and add Juice of fresh Orange or Tangerine.
Gold Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
Ingredients:
Small Red Potatoes, Scallions, Italian Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Gold Balsamic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Cut Potatoes with skin on, into quarter wedges. In Oven Dish toss with Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Roast at 400-425.
Still, warm transfer to bowl and add Gold Balsamic, finely chopped Italian Parsley, Scallions {Including green part and fresh ground Pepper.
Add additional Extra Virgin Olive Oil and check for salt.
