This 100% California-grown olive oil is smooth and buttery with a pleasant, lingering finish. The aroma is herbaceous and green with notes of tomato leaf and green artichoke. This medium robust oil with mid-level bitterness and pungency finishes with peppery spice in the back of the throat.
Try it on baked or roasted chicken or any vegetable you can get your hands on. We love it on popcorn and using it for baking.
