Pumpkin Spice Balsamic
Pickled Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients: Purple Cabbage, Garlic, Onion, Apples (peeled and sliced in eighths), Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Sauté chopped ingredients, and when done, add Pumpkin Spice Balsamic to your liking.
Cook at high heat for a minute, then turn off heat and let come to room temperature.
At this point, you could serve, or chill overnight. When served cold, you may need to add some more Balsamic.
For a festive dish, add dried fruits while sautéing.
